Only one of the persons who sometimes takes phone calls is really polite and customer friendly and provides good service. The others are not so. They refuse to pick up the phone, or take customer requests even in person between 1pm and 2.30 pm but do not tell you on the phone that they are closed for lunch. They tell you they are open till 5pm. If you reach two minutes after 1 pm you have to wait there till 2.30pm! Their guard is very rude, the owner is almost equally rude. Monopoly and no competition makes them so perhaps.
