Shame on Fame!!! i had the worst movie experience at fame yesterday.. went to watch dark knight rises.. it was screened at screen 3..i entered the theatre late..but as i entered i knew something was wrong with the sound of the movie..i am a sound designer by profession and also i have seen the movie before..there was this noise in the movie..was loud..some of my friends noticed it too..the noise was very irritating as it was coming along the music dialogues and effects..slowly the noise started increasing and the rest of audience started realizing it... the dialogues were hardly heard..this is first time i am experiencing this kinda NOISE in the theatre!! i dont know wat the reason is.. but surely the problem is with the theatre..me and my friends had to get out and tell the person in charge abt it between the movie..the noise had been settled then..the whole movie experience was not good..and also the mix of the movie(this wont understood by many)..the playback of audio supposes to be surround(5.1)..but it was switching between mono and surround always..this is was the biggest flaw!! it was like all the sounds were coming from one speaker.. clearly the theatre has a big problem..why dont they have a screening and check what the problem is..its supposed to be a multiplex..it was total waste of money..!! The movie was dark knight rises!! its like an audio treat for the audience..and the audio itself was screwed due to the bad theatre set up..i dont know about the other screens..if this is the scene for all..then Fame not gonna rise!!Cheers..
