When I went and asked the bank statement the lady from counter was charging money to give the bank statement.But when I asked in malleshwaram they have provided me 1 year of bank statement without any cost.Is it this the way to behave with customer when they ask the queries in Rajajinagar ICICI bank,Rajkumar Road,Bangalore.i am fully diagree with rules even though it is same branch.Why should they charge for it?
