Service is worst. Behavior is worst. No commitment on delivery. I booked Whirlpool refrigerator on 30th July 2012 from Sinthee outlet and today is 3rd Aug but the item is not yet delivered and not even a single call from the store for the same. Had to call each day and they used to delay the delivery every day to next day and so on. Behavior, communication skills of the stuffs at customer desk is worst. I found somewhere contact for "Monica Bhagat" and I contacted her over facebook and through gmail but no reply or action taken from her. I'm not sure if that is a wrong contact or not valid any more. Still waiting for delivery. Will wait for some more time and need to explore legal actions against them.
