With reference to my above review on Big Bazar product Viz. Polo class trolley bag handed over to the floor manager after the handle bag getting snapped at Hyderabad Airport within 8 days of my purchase from the bigBazar outlet at Metropolis mall, Kolkata, I have not received any reply from you on the issue. My experience with Big bazar baggage shop is really very bad. I have purchased a trolley bag( POLO CLASS) from the shop on 28th July 2012. While travelling to Hyderabad on 5th August with the new bag, the handle got damaged at Hyderabad airport. I went to the outlet on 8th with the damaged bag for exchange but the floor manager declined to pay any heed to my complain. He said the rule did not call for any replacement & only repair will be done. The salesman who was there said the there is No waranty for the bag but it was not informed to me during buying time, I smelt that there must be some perenial defect in the bag because I had to wail more than 40 minutes while billing on the plea that the tag No. was missing. Ultimately I got it delivered only to be puzzled at Hyderabad air port . This is a very bitter experience and I gave it in writing that I won't get the repaired bag back unless it is exchanged and simply walked out. Had the salesman informed me that the bag did not have warranty, I would not have bought the same. Any way, This is my experience with Big bazar, Garia Kolkata and I promised I would have a serious campaign against The big Bazar, Metropolis at least for their bag outlet.
