I booked a microwave oven from Reliance Digital on Saturday August 11th. They promised to dliver n 12th and installation on 13th. It was delivered on 12th and I am still waiting for someone to come and install. I called several times and I always get the same answer - "Technecian will come today sir. He will call you". Every time I call the customer service number, I have to try for 15-20 minutes t get thru. I always get busy signal. I am now worried about the service if the product has any issues. I am considering to return the product and ask for refund.
I bought many appliances from Croma and the customer service and post service was excellent. I just wanted to try Reliance Digital since it is close to my home. Lesson learnt. I would never buy anything from Reliance Digital any more.
I advise others to be cautious to make any purchase from Reliance.
