i am a regular client with kapils goregoan branch from around 2 years and i am really satisfied with their services but just some days back i happened to go to vashi so thought of getting my haircut done at kapils vashi branch which is situated in raghulilla .
i went their expecting just to get my haircut done .as i entered their a lady named victoria who happened to be the manager their approached me n asked me for a water (impressed) and consulted me very well.
she listened to all the details what i wanted in my hair cut,etc......as i didnt wanted to cut short my length .
she listened to all my details and she assured me for a good haircut.
she introduced me to a stylist and explained him what i wanted in my haircut.
That stylist then checked my hair and consulted me then then he took me for a wash.
i must say the head massage given at that time was awesome......................... i was completely relaxed!!!!!!!
my hair cut was done with a nice styling which changed my look completely..............
i was also given a skin consultation after checking my skin and taking my details for my skin like if i have any allergies or something .
the skin consultation given was very genuine ,i didnt felt for a second also that she is trying to upsell me or somthing like many others do......
i must say kapils rocks.....................
