It is obvious from above reported grievances that somehow the dealers/delivery personnel of the dealers have found a way to defeat the online booking system also.In the beginning there was hardly any time delay from the SMS (informing us regrding generation of the Cash Memo) till the actual delvery of the gas cylinder .But now a days since last few months this time delay has widened to any nuber of days.This is a definate indication of the malpractice in the delivery system.In view of this i strongly request the authrities concerned to look into it and ensure consumer protection.

It is obvious from above that somehow the deales have found a way to defeat the online booking system also.In the beginning there was hardly any gap in trms of time as to the SMS regrding generation of the Cash Memo for delvery of cylinder and then the actual delivery time .But now now since last few months this time delay has widened.This is a sure indication of the malpractice being there by the people anyhwere from the Gas dealer to the delivery man involved.I strongly urge the authrities concerned to look into it and ensure consumer protection.
