This comes from the collective experience of 16 people who have shopped in best stores around the world. Writing here the details you will not find so easily and which drives the outcomes which is these reviews. Unbiased and fair. Future Group – Big Bazar, Ezone et al. These thrive on low quality cheap products and are not meant for buying expensive items say computer accessories, LCD TVs, printers, laptops, high end vacuum cleaners, microwaves and such. They simply do not have the required quality checks and processes in place. If you are lucky you may end up with a discount and a working product. But for after sales service you may find that the product sold was obsolete or markers specially put in for damage due to dust, rain, mishandling etc show red and warranty is void or in the grey area. Result? Wasted time and energy. Open up a product you bought a few months back and are having trouble with – does it have dirty pink ribbons or foam turned grey in color; or white seals brownish in color. Has the ink in your wireless printer dried prematurely. These are the markers that brands like apple, sonny etc use to check if guarantee is void for mishandling. So for now, better option would be to go to the brand store selling exclusively one brand. They are penalized heavily for such activities. There are a few other store by other groups which operate on similar high quality integrity models. But I will not put the names here for now, to keep this unbiased.

Here is the deal. Big Bazar, Future Group and Ezone. Go to these stores if you want to buy a cheap product say Rs 500 like a substandard vaccum cleaner. Anything high value, stay away. They have a highly inefficient procurement and distribution system. There is no system for quality checks. Say you buy a computer accessory for Rs 5000 they will go to the cheapest source. Sell it to you nicely. Then you go into the details - it could be an obsolete model, could be lying in the store for 3 months, could have gotten wet in rains, dried, polished and sold. Say a printer being used by the store guy for kids home work and polished and stocked. The bottom line - there is absolutey no qulity check done. If it works be happy if it doesnt consider it money wasted.  Now you may not take my word for it. But it comes from collective experience of at least 16 people who have shopped in good stores around the world and posting here for consumers' benefit. All the best!
