I wish i read this before taking the connection. I paid advance of 500 and monthly fee of 610 and got connection in first week of August 2012 ( i faced so much of issues at the time of connection) within 20 days my problem started . I have been calling the customer service since 3 days for connectivity issue and they have not got back . It is so frustrating . Every time i call they say that they will get back in 24 hrs and they never will , tried talking to superviosr ( who has bad english) but didnt work either. They make you pay in advance for which they will not provide support !! Please do not go for this connection provider. With all these frustration i told i need to disconnect and without even trying to retain , these guys have happily cut the cable outside my home .. Guess these people dont even CARE...
