I went to Nizam's at Supermart Gurgaon DLF phase 4. I ordered 2 rolls and a chicken biryani parcel for a guest. The chicken biryani had 2 chicken pieces and both seemed like someone had previously eaten a portion of it and left it and it was reprocessed into the biryani. I understand mistakes like hair...buggs...flies...cause they are sometimes unnoticeable. Being a hard core meat eater, I am sure this was not fresh pieces of chicken. Weather its reprocessed from a previous discarded order(as a part of it was almost eaten and a small part had some flesh) or it was internal staff, both pieces looked like it was eaten by some one else. I just had to apologize o the guest, Throw it out and order from else where. Thank God it was not too late or It would be even more awkward to serve dinner to my guest. I was hurt and almost to tears of the embarrassment. If this reaches Nizam's, pls take care of you'r guests, or you will soon shut shop.
