I have been a very careful person all my life, but for me hair care resulted in disaster. This was few months back whn I was in Bangalore for a shoot and I applied pantene shampoo bought from local store and ended up damaging my hair and scalp badly. They did a scalp check and a treatment they call TFT that was soothing, also gave me few applications to use while reports were received. While 10 days for reports were a long delay, I was relieved with the applications they gave me. The staff was very sweet to go out of the way to get my further treatment transferred to Mumbai. Treatment for 25 days and my hair was back to normal. I also realised their products to be mild and we are using them for regular use in our family. I continued with the hair TFT treatment since it is good for keeping hair shiny smooth. Guess Richfeel is the doctors I entrust my hair with since they have worked well for me in times of crisis.
