I have booked BS1000 vibra plate from your south city kolkata outlet on 29th Sept 2012 vide delivery challan ref 357 , delivery of that came from Ballygunge on 30th the first machine was not having bolts fixed , few bolts were missing then the delivery boy promised that another machine will come, the second time it came with broken base, that i noticed when boys left . and there was no one there to demonstrate it.
