Have been here few days back. N was very disappointed by their treatment. The rooms were untidy n not at all relaxing. The person doing the facial keeps on talking about their personal matters to the other girls.i asked for facial,eyebrows,pedicure n manicure. The receptionist told that everything ll be over in two hours n sent me inside. But after going inside they left in a room with a pack on my face for almost half hour telling tat they were busy with their other clients. Even during the treatment the lady was going in the middle n coming n chaating with her friends. Finally after two n half hours she completed only the facial n told me i have to come next day for other treatment. Wat kind of salon is this? They did the costlier one n asked me to come later for the cheaper one.when i went to talk to the reception about this there was a lady, i think the head of the salon who was so very arrogant n careless. I was very dissappointed with their service. No clean rooms, no dedicated therapist the staff are arrogant, .. I paid 1400 for that facial n returned back very dissappointed. If ppl still think that india is still back somewhere in 90s where u can talk to customers in any way u like n they keep quiet then u were very wrong. Its changed now. Try to show some respect to your customers..some dedication n perfectness.
