November 1, 2012 CEO Samsung India Electronics Limited Subject: I REPAIRABLE MOBILE ‘GALAXY NOTE’ AND MY SERIES OF HARDSHIPS Dear Sir I have purchased a Samsung Mobile Phone as detailed below: Model No :Galaxy Note (GT-N7000ZBAINU) SR.I No :RDBBC38575A [359616043479980] Date of purchase :03-01-2012 Dealer :ALFA – VILLE PARLE I was indeed thrilled to get a well-designed Android phone with big display and plethora of features and user friendly interface and was so excited that I started promoting the phone amongst many of my friends and must have caused sale of many units. Alas… my excitement was short lived as soon, the phone started giving me problems, it would frequently get frozen and wouldn’t work in spite of going through the process of ‘on-off’ as suggested to me by your service center. My visits to your service center ”Abhinaya Enterprise” located in Crystal Plaza Building, New Link Road, Andheri (west) Mumbai 400053, became more frequent and caused me hardship of both time and toil. Although the mobile was repaired many times by the service center, it would again and again glitch causing me immense trauma. The service center comes out with new reasons and theories every time I visit it, after my last lodgment of my phone with service center (Job No 4140293322), I was finally told that the problem by them is not solvable (Copy of Job Order with specific remark is attaché herewith). The result of my numerous mails/calls made to Customer Care proved futile as most executives never spoke in unison and were not aware of the seriousness of my problem, all they were rendering were standard hollow assurances, and Following is the list of executives (Customer Satisfaction Team) who responded to my numerous mails without studying the core problem: Ms. Neetu Chandei Ms. Ashu Maheshwari Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Mr. Rajiv Monga No one is making any serious attempt to understand my agonies; all are trying to pacify me with hollow words and fallacious assurances. My mobiles needs to be replaced or my money has to be refunded as that is the only solution, carrying out futile attempts to repair the set is no more a remedy. I have a feeling that all executives are indulging in glib talk and only buying the time so that my warranty gets expired and they could relieve the company of its liability!
