Hi, This guys are the worst in the Universe, it is WORSTUniverCell, UNIVERCELL, AMEERPET representatives dont even know how to speak, I have purchased a black samsung galaxy s2 from them, in 2 days it has showen battery problem, I asked for a replace, they said only white is available and after a week I was forced to take the white phone, I had also purchased a screen guard worth 250 from them and they said that will also be given to you with white phone, but beleive what, even after a Week they dint have that in stock, upon telling them.. there worker told me that, I am the Manager.. I wont give to you.. Do whatever you want.. One of the worst reply ... I am talking about Ameerpet, Univercell, Hyderabad, guys be careful better purchase from The Mobile Store or Online but never from these sick minded guys... Say NO NO NO to univercell.....
