This gas distributor on most of the times is closed. Once I went with my neighbour to his agency i.e. Indane distributor Sheela Gas Agency. This Agency is roughly 0.75 kms from Manjunatha.
In Sheela I was suprised with the kind of service and the responsiveness. It is open on Saturdays too. Clear status is given when the gas was booked , when it will be delivered. It seems the delivery person also calls before coming to deliver. In case house is locked, you can go with Gas book and collect the full cylinder after surrendering the empty cylinder.
Honestly Manjunath does not come anywhere near that, on top of it they delivered a cylinder to my house on a Sunday ( surprise) when i was out of town, luckily my parents were at home and collected it. I totally agree with Sushmit that the Dealer needs to be warned seriously or his license cancelled.
