Hi, As per discussed with HCL Customer care executive (Mr Sudeep), I got to know this email id. This is to bring into your kind knowledge that I made two call with HCL regarding my HCL Desktop on Dates 30/07/12 & 05/08/12.case ID no.8500845122,8500799989. As per the attachment challan copy, Mr. Lincon had already taken the mother board, SMPS & RAM from our office located in chattarpur, new Delhi. Mr. Vishal jain had already a word Mr. Lincon for the problem, but it’s not been resolved. From my end both calls are still pending but as per customer care both calls are closed from vendor end. As discussed the issue with Mr. D.S kaushik (09560186161)& Mr.Vishal jain(09711918520) many time but I am not getting response. Please find the attachment copy of delivery challan of My company office fyr… waiting for your positive response ASAP..Please look in to the matter & Resolve it ASAP CALL PENDING TILL NOW.....READ IT THIS IS HCL....
