This was our first time at the Whitefield Honda for the service of our Honda City. Having heard of bad reviews about Dakshin Honda, Hosur road; though we live 5 mins from Dakshin Honda, we were not sure what to expect at the Whitefield Honda. However once I did a online booking for appointment on their website a day before, I got a call from an executive and confirmed the time we could come.
We reached there on time and were requested to wait at the lounge for sometime. In 5 minutes or so Mr. Tulsi Ram the service coordinator greeted us and took us to our car in the parking and we checked the car, got our issues written down. He gave us an estimate which seemed reasonable and told us that they would need 24 hrs. The timeline was okay with us and we left.
The next day I got multiple SMSs with different amounts quoted, however eventually got a final SMS stating the exact amount. I called up Mr.Tulsi Ram on his mobile and confirmed that the vehicle is ready for pick-up. Again we got there and were made to wait for 5 minutes or so, before being led to the cashier. In 10 minutes or so the vehicle was ready to be driven back.
Of course I didnt have any significant issues, however I was very impressed with the work the executed and more importantly the customer facing team did their job very efficiently. We could percieve that our car too would be dealt with efficiently and that its in safe hands.
