This is the worst cab service i had ever seen. I had a bad experience with these guys. These guys do not have proper coordination among themselves.
I have booked an Innova for taking my parents to my relatives place at 4p.m in evening asking for a pick up at 6P.M. These guys promised the pick-up and forwarded the driver contact details to us. We contacted the driver and he clearly mentions that he cannot pick-up as he is too far away from our place.
In spite of informing the same thing to the company guys, they promised the shuttle in the same time as scheduled. They are not even patient enough to answer the customer call also and even they are adamant to make an alternative arrangement also.
Finally, i am bound to make my relatives and parents to wait for more than two hours for this wast cab service and aftermath is no one turning to us even after two hours.
"Never believe these guys; they don't know how to handle a transport service".
