Yesterday we went to Cinemax in central bellandur.
From ground floor we took a lift. Lift boy told that lift will go only till 3rd floor. I did not know that the other side lifts can be used to go to 4th floor. When I asked the lift boy whether we have to take other lift to go to 4th floor, he said that there is no lift. I was surprised. Since they operate lift daily, I relied on his words [and did not see "-2 to 6"] and struggled to take mother to 4th floor on escalator. In fact, I took risk also because my mother has knee problem.
Fortunately, I found that lifts were there till 4th floor and stopped worrying on how to take her down. Peacefully watched movie.
I heard from others also that the staff at central are not friendly and do not provide proper information.
