Please read this review before going ahead to deal with Hello Travels/Great India Travels/One Touch Solutions My apeeal to Chairman and Managing Director, Hellow Travels/One Touch Solutions/Great India Travel/India Mart. Booking No.10299873 Sir, I purchased this package from Hello Travels. This journey starts from the day when I was contacted by Mr.Raj, your sales executive. I bought 4 nights package on his assurance that part of this package can be given to any other person and I will get a big travel bag as compared to small one which is given on buying 2 nights package.( I wanted 3 nights package and that was not available, so on his words I bought 4 nights package) I am sorry to say that I got small bag. When I enquired from customer care cell, I was informed that there is no such scheme (including passing of balance package to any other fellow) and what ever was told by Mr.Raj is not correct and I should have reconfirmed with customer care. I started contacting Mr.Raj but no response and after few days i stopped. I just can't understand that they expect customer to reconfirm whereas I had taken this package on your sales executive words. Anyways, we leave this small issue of bag and passing of part package. I moved ahead and applied to avail my package and sent the form and Demand Draft through courier. There was no acknowledgement from them. It is very disappointing that they never acknowledge the receipt of mail/any other dak from customer (remember this thing happed in my whole episode). This is the basic thing which a customer can expect from a service provider. On my enquiring, I was surprised to know that my form is technically not acceptable (so many days have been wasted) and I have to refill this form. All our excitement to go on vacation gone. Please note you have to call them for everything and they will not call u. IT IS NOT OUT OF PLACE TO MENTION THAT IT IS YOUR MONEY THAT YOU HAVE PAID THEM IN ADVANCE. They think u have no work and free the whole year and they ask to change your programme. It is not over. Now I filled the form (remember DD is alaready received by them) and sent to them in October; two and half months before (booking requested for Jaunary, 2013). Also, please note before sending I called customer care cell and briefed them the dates and desination and other things to avoid uncessary hustle in future. I was told that since the booking is for January, 2013 I will get a call in November end. It is not surprising that as usual there was no call. When I called customer care in 1st Week of Decmber, I was shocked to know that my form is not acceptable on technical ground. In this whole episode, I have been calling them for everything. Had I been contact immediately after the receipt of the form, I would have been in a position to change the program. Other thing, it hardly mattesr for them what u r saying, that fellow will continue repeating same thing and They expect to change your programe as they feel (Don't forget that u r begging for package againt the money which you have given to them well in advance). Finally I am on the verge of loosing my package/money as I can't change my program now and also minimum 30 days clause is waiting for me (from their side) resulting in lapsing my package. TheyU can imagine that I have not included other things (I thought to give main pointy) which u expect from a service provider. Really disappointing, frustrating. I Hope, this message to goes to senior management of Great India Travels and they take some action. If some one is going ahead to deal with One Touch Solutions, please read this review once.
