Horrible experience.
I bought for my girlfriend her favorite diamond ring, paid in full. The ring didn't fit her correctly. We were promised the alteration to be done in 5 days, which we were okay with.
When we went to pick it up, we were told to come back in 2 days... When we went there 2 days later, we were asked to come back next day... It went on & now over a week later, they can't track where the ring is....
