hi, This is in regards to the poor crew service for the hyd-dubai sector flight. we availed indigo service in the last week of december. upon arrival in dubai, we were baffled to see our duffle bag completely torn and the clothes all spilled out on the baggage claiming belt. it was a VIP skybag and not some low class kit bag. it was torn in the perfect "C" shape of the bag zip. with the lock still hanging. the person who would have put it on the baggage belt has not even bothered to inform the passenger if any accident has happened. the bag was just strewn across the belt. havent really seen such low class service. upon contacting the airport baggage customer service at dubai airport, they tried their best to locate a indigo airline personnel so as to look into the matter. but couldnt find one. if you guys need to operate on the international sector, please maintain atleast little standard and basic procedures for customer grievances!! the best part is - upon our return flight check in procedure at dubai airport, i requested the crew at desk to be careful of the luggage narrating the experience and also showed him the bag. the supervisor just blantantly blamed us and the quality of the bag!!! it was just ridiculous. this matter really needs to be looked into so as to build up some rapport about your airline and further growth. Hoping to receive a response for the trouble caused.FYI - all indigo crew - both ground and inflight has really really a plastic smile which is extremely annoying. better not to smile at all :))
