Pathetic service from Snehanjali Electronics Maxus Mall. They give fall promise. I had a preapproved loan from Bajaj Finance. The loan was approved immediately. All the documents were provided. Snehanjali claim that since their Internet Service was slow and they didnt get the delivery note till next day. The delivery was promised till today. After speaking to them that this was a gift to be delivered to a family member which we all were excited about. Firstly they mentioned would recevie the delivery on MOnday.Knowing i would leave for work by 12 noon. If the delivery would be done on tuesday before 12 which he agreed to. Now he evens refuses and mentions the delivery would be done only after 12.30. Now im left without the delivery for almost a week. The staff are very arrogant and rude to speak to. Dont visit the store its pathetic
