RF Honda service center (Edapally, Ernakulam) is very worse service center in India.
1) Every time there will not be available spare parts..
2) There is no qualify mechanic and technician...
3) There is no proper response from staff...
I have given my Honda Activa for service in 3 times but they have not done proper service,just they do changing the Oil,check the Break and water service only.
They have not attend the complain, What ever we have raised the complained and mentioned in the work sheet. They will be returning our vehicle as it is or any other extra fault will be there.l.e Indicator problem or Indicator alarm will no work. Which will not be there, when we given our vehicle for other fault.
I personnely request the RF Honda Please take good qualify and experience mechanics and technicians and improve the service quality.
