I really dislike the ambiance, service and food.
The service is extremely slow and the management is lethargic. The food was so bad, that we couldn't finish all the dishes we ordered, and we overpaid for bad quantity and quality.

I on the other hand quite like Kaati Zone and was shopping at Brigade Road yesterday and had taken out a couple of my German friends who are visiting. They had never tried out Indian rolls, so I thought we’d go to the Frankie stall, but they were extremely tired and wanted to sit and eat a meal, so we went to Kaati Zone. They relished the famous Chicken Tikka roll, and found it nice and spicy. They were also thrilled by seeing the way it was made and reminded them of the kebab rolls they had tried earlier in Germany.
All in all they had a good day on the streets of Bangalore, and liked the food as well.
