The worst service I have ever seen...When I had been there to book a cylinder, there was an argument between the agency members and a lady...She was saying that they have booked a cylinder but it was not delivered after a month also...The agency members said that she had not booked and was asking for booking reference number if any...after watching that argument, I have booked my cylinder by the staff and asked to give me any booking reference no...But they said that it is not at all needed to have reference no...After 25 days also I didn't receive the cylinder...When I called the agency with my gas no, they gave me a BIG SHOCK saying that there was no booking at all and they will book at that time...This is how they are cheating people...Also they were speaking very harshly with a unparliamentary language...I suggest HP authority to better cancel their contract and give it to some good people...
