My name is sunny , i am from ludhiana, i had been so many complaints in reliance customer care for Internet not working.
Everytime customer care commit me to solve internet issue and told me for permanent solution but every time they broke their commitment. i need to use my internet 24 hours. I am face this issue for i got reliance internet connection. i am very frustrated now. i want permanent solution for this. because i loss time and money when internet not working. why the reliance team not understand customers problem. I can't survive with Internet in my life, its our working resources we need earn money from this, try to understand me.
