The Branch sucks in terms of customer service. I tried to open an account and had to wait for 15 days before finding out that documents submitted didnt suffice. On top of it the Customer Relationship Executive's phone was switched off for almost a week when I tried to call for clarification.
Height of Unprofessionalism ! these guys are just interested in opening accounts and dont care later !
