Most stupid organization, with such idiotic staff. I booked a ticket for my son from Vapi to Jaipur for 22.03.2013 (Shree Balaji Travels). Inspite of the fact that I am having confirmed berth ticked in the hands of my son, the transporters denied to honour the ticket issued by redBus. when contacted telephonically, the staff at Ahmadabad have been passing my call from one to another and no one could give any satisfactory reason for this cheating.
