I've bought A/c from Vijay Sales & next day when I called up to know the time when the A/c suppose to deliver the guy (Suresh) told me that he don't have any information & before I ask any further question he disconnected the call. Sunil was the sales person who attended me while buying the A/c. I again called up & Suresh picked the call & then I ask him to transfer the phone to some senior person & he do so & then I interact with even more worst with temper & manner less guy(sukhdev), I just only said hello when he interrupt me & say abhi aadhe ghante me call back karta hoon(i'll call u back in half 'n' hour) then I say quickly that you at least listen to me first & again he commanding voice he told me phone rakho bola na aadhe gante me karta hoon(put the phone down like I said before I'll call you in half 'n' hour) & disconnected the call. I am not allowed to keep my mobile phone with me in office hours & there is no one at my home to take the delivery & this I wanted to tell him. Just a one line & I called them at least 6-7 times & failed to convey a simple mssg that please let me know the estimated time of delivery so that I'll come accordingly back to the home. Now my A/c installation is on their mercy & availability.
