Talkie Town

Its the Worst Theater I have ever went. Geetha and Jyothi in R.C.Puram are far better than this Talkie Town. I went with online booking for the movie - Greeku veerudu on 5th May 2013. They said that they have some problem in AC but the fact was the AC was completely switched off in the theater, atleast the blower too was not running for 15 mins on a whole for one movie. Imagine the suffocation in that closed box for 2.5 hours. And they did not regret for this inconvenience. When complained to the management the response I got is "Why did you come to the movie then, Did I ask you to come?" Pathetic guys !! How can a customer listen to such a response. and he was just pushing me to leave the premises and say not to cause any disturbance around. Oh my God !! I am not a kind of person who can just agree on that, but I was accompanied by family and was already soo suffocated and exhausted to have an argument. So Irresponsible management. In this hot summer we expect some relaxation in the theater but this is simply denying the service for what we are paying huge. Rs. 70/- for one seat and online booking takes extra Rs. 24/- as service charges. If there was an issue with the AC then why dont you close it for a couple of days and repair it. Already the place is constructed in a pond by covering with mud and now they extended their place by taking over the pond as parking place and now in that small place they are constructing another theater. I dont understand how come the Govt officials give permissions to such Idiotic and response less creatures. What if there is a fire break. There is a chance that 100% of the people will die in the theater. Taking my car out from the parking takes 30 mins. Oh yeah.. the parking fee is too much again.. Rs. 25 to park my car in the HOT sun. Waahh !! bhai .. I want to appreciate that guy who gave the permission for these theaters. Hope he comes with his family and loved ones and experience the same. Have to kick these idiots on the road. Raj
