I purchased a salwar suite for my spouse last month and experienced a very bad situation. My spouse used it just for twice and it got spoiled completely with huge bobbling throughout the salwar. Unfortunately, I have lost the bill copy and approached the Women World crew with a copy of the debit card payment acknowledgement which has the Invoice number reflected on the same. I have requested the crew to pull out the bill from their system if they need it and they harshly refused it and made me to go out of control with their negative response. The shop incharge and myself had a very tough argument for around 30 minutes and finally they have taken the suite and asked me to wait for 15 days as they want to approach the supplier. All this had happened yesterday evening. Today morning, the same incharge called me and said that his MD needs a bill copy and he is not willing to pull out the invoice copy from his system. Looks like this is just to bluff me as they know that I cannot bring the invoice copy as I have lost it already. Though there is an option for them to pull out the invoice copy from their system, they says that they don't maintain the bills at all. According to the commercial taxes act, any business should maintain their sales details and the invoice copies for around 10 years. I dont know how these people are not maintaining the bills for the last month. It looks like these people are violating the commercial taxes act or bypassing some sales to an anonymous account in order to escape from the taxes. Finally, they didnt made any fair justice for me and I have lost the money that I have spent for purchasing the salwar suite. I suggest everyone to beware of this shop and safeguard the invoice copies for atleast 2-3 months after a purchase. When I asked about the quality of the suite material, the incharge answered that they dont care about the quality and as long as the customers are buying it and asking for such materials and suites, they dont bother about the quality. Regards Srinivas.
