My First and worst CAR Service experience in Vinayak Cars,K.R Puram, Bangalore. I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE for that.
They charged 16K for basic servicing of Skoda fabia PETROL and didnt even get the proper car wash.
The Service incharge influenced me and asked for replacing multiple parts which fortunately i refused. as it was my first PAID service and car running kms were only 30 K.
On the job card - i mentioned one basic rear Audio speaker issue and which they didnt even bother to check. (Skoda default audio system). On delivery i informed him about the complaint and he simply said "SORRY" And later requested to send the vehicle back. they already delayed the delivery . They took the vehicle on saturday 11 am and returned on next monday evening.
The other mistake which i did was that i opted for car Pick and Drop service. They will charge you 300 Rs for this and they dont monitor the driver at all. I was told the car is ready and dispatched @ 12:30 pm and till 4 pm they didnt even bother to check the car delivery. As the VINAYAK Service Centre was hardly 12 kms away from my place, i got tensed and took my own initiative to check and called VINAYAK Services. They came back saying that the driver had left already an hour ago and they just shared the driver's cell number which he did not answer.
since i got this serviced. Don't know what they did with Wheel alignment. Its worst. while driving, car is shifting towards left.
The car was so untidy and all that weird polish patches are easily visible on all over the windows and car body. Inner doors were not at all cleaned. ( which was never that much dirty)
Other concern was Vibration in the vehicle. which is still there. Don't know for what i had paid 16 thousand.
I was in pune before and "Asset skoda auto" services were best to my knowledge. Have to find some other car care in bangalore. Vinayak Cars is never worth for skoda servicing.
