I,Dr.Girish Kamat from Ribander Goa had a very bad experience with white cloud laundry panaji which i want to share. On 24th may2013,I had given my daughter's salwar for removal of the stain and dry cleaning.On 29th may i collected the same and when i opend it at home i was shocked to see that it was burnt at three places on the front aspect.Next day I took the salwar back to white cloud and showed the burnt marks to the counter girl Trupti.she told me that she will speak to the company and will call me back which she did on the same day and told me that she will take it to the fashion designer and do some bead work so that the marks will not be visible.On 30th may, she called me back saying that she has spoken to her manager who has told her that these burnt marks were not done by their company and were already present and was not ready to accept their blunder.when my wife spoke to the manager Suresh Devasi on 31st may in the morning, he was very arrogant ,rude and lacked any professional approach . I will mak it a point to pass on this bad experience to each and every friend and family members of mine and will tell them to STAY AWAY FROM THIS OUTLET.
