I had the worst experience of my life at CK & Sons Jayanagar branch. I bought a ring for my husband which was custom made. Just because it was custom made they charged me 40% wastage and on top of it, the size was incorrect. On the day of delivery, we told them that its tight and they should fix it to which the salesman - Mr. R.Lokesh said that it would expand with time and my husband should start wearing it. Still if he feels uncomfortable, he would get it expanded - this can be done to some extent. To our horror, today when we went to him to get it expanded, this guy had the audacity to say that it can not be expanded and if it was not the right size, why did we take the delivery. This is simply too much. We just told him what design we liked. After that he was the one who took the size and placed an order with the workmen. Today when we told him its his mistake and he needs to fix it, he says the only option is that we should sell it to CK & sons at today's gold rate and place an order for a new one. In a nut shell, he asked us to pay roughly Rs.20000 to increase the size of the ring which is not of the correct size because of his incompetency. When we asked him to give us the rough estimate sheet, he tore it off - simply ridiculous. We had all this argument for about an hour and none of their managers ever bothered to come and address us.
I would recommend never to go to that showroom ever. Its a place of thugs.
