I had placed one order at dombivali outlet ( Add-GROUND FLOOR, SHOP NO 1,2,3,4,& 5, SHREE COMPLEX, VILLAGE GAJBANDHAN PATHARLI, NEAR ICON HOSPITAL, MANPADA ROAD, DOMBIVALI(EAST), Thane, Maharashtra, 421201 ) for 1 nos cheese berbaque chicken pizza on 22nd at 8.47 PM. but yet after 30 miniuts I could not received any pizza. Then I called the outlet (02512443666) , one lady received & informed me that its is on the way. but when after 1 hour over & its not received , Then I called but the lady received the phone & knowing my reason for calling she reject my ph & its happens for 2/3 times . I want to know that only. Why the lady rejected my ph. I ordered for my wife who was egarly waited for the pizza that your dominos lady just make we both couple fool. Is it just because of the condition "after 30 min pizza will be free"? . As we are not a new customer, several time we ordered from dominos dombivali or have dinner at the outlet, also have order in kolkata ajoynagar dominos outlet & also in worli my office (Samsung C&T, worli). But 1st time I have faced such pathetic service which make me feel insult. I dont want to order any pizza in future & will suggest my relative & friends & colleague not to buy from dominos becouse they are giving the offer for show off. In practical condition they will reject your phone.
