If you read the fine print, you have to call the within 48 hours to register this with them and follow the painful process of packing and returning the product, and then probably start praying god that they refund the money.
First of all, it is bad that they sent a bad product. We purchase products with a high expectation on quality. Whether to purchase products from Royal Images or not is up to your discretion, I strongly recommend to refrain from making any purchases here.
