Repeated unreliable and sub-standard Service.Complaints even to TVS Ltd has no use.It only reflects the apathy of the Company TVS Motors which must have perculated to its Service Centres.
If this is the case in a highly competetive Two Wheeler Segment, one can imagine what the compny and dealers would have done to its customers in a dominant market situation.
I pity the TVS Motors Shareholders.
