Let Me start with one of my Worst experiences.. WITH CROMA.. Worst Service.. I don't want to point at all the employees but there are couple of them who are way too much..Seriously.!! Yesterday 04/08/2013 "Sunday" Everywhere its crowded But Chroma Average crowd. So Happily went in all excited to buy XBOX360 Console... I went to this gentleman who had a xbox written on his Tshirt. I went forward to consult with him if they have any offers I had wait to 20mins But this Guy was not at all interested in making a Sale.. He was just entertaining a person in for window shopping.. I went on with looking around for further help.. after 20mins of looking around with my mind on the purchase which i came for.. Then I thgt will go to this guy and just intervene into their conversation. I tried asking the price and a good offer..Started explaining my needs for purchase... Just to be interrupted and He turns me down.. By saying He'll be back... C'mon I waited for this conversation to "END" I respect others time.. So I expect the same.. Seriously..?? I mean waiting for more then 60mins+ (wasting my time).. I so got pissed I'm planning to Go ONLINE..!! Better offer in Snap Deal and FlipKart..!! better offers and better deals.. Chroma people If your reading this... Please Teach some manners and most important customer Handling SKILLS..!! Worst Experience EVER..!!
