i Dr.vishakha nagraj buyed samsung fridge model no rt24cdlb1dctc in two yrs of time problem in compressor twice,
called your enginer he said change the room as the room is very hot. i had to explain him the very purpose of fridge is to combat heat and its maximum use is in summers.. i suppose he has no clue to the problem. kindly look into the matter.kindly replace the piece or otherwise i wl have to go to consumer court.
