SIR, I have purchased Samsung GalaxyS Duos S7562 on 31/5/2013 in Big C Branch,Kurnool (Near Chandana Brothers) at Rs.12300/ and Rs. for Theft Insurance Rs.150/- Total Rs.12450/-. vide billNo.023582 dt.31/5/2013. The Cell is giving trouble of Hanging problem and switched off since 10 days. I went to Customer care of Samsung the technican opened back cover and removed battery and put the battery and started the cell phone and given to me 3 or 4 times. I have given my cell on 9/8/13 in servicing centre for rectify the problem. They have updated the soft ware and given to on 10/8/13.and they have tiold me if the cell is not working Mother Board will be changed. But the cell worked one one day only and stopped on 11/8/13 5.00 AM . I went to Big C show room on 12/8/13 and asked the Manager exchange the cell.because the MOTHER BOARD FAILED SAID CUSTOMERCARE. They told we are are not responsible for exchange the celll. Only Customer care of Samsung if they give us DOA LETTER we will exchange. Then I went to customer care and given cell for repair for NEW MOTHER BOARD. This is very bad upon your branches. I will give a Lawer notice to branch and head office for this purpose..Give instructions to your branch and arrange exchange cell phone immediately other wise I will proceed to Consumer Form., TAKE THIS AS COMPLAINT D.
