I booked some technical books online on 8th August, I got it on 13th .
Very Worst Experience with Sapna, no updates from the site.. no updates from Courier ppl,
One fine day courier personnel simply dump the books with security and just escape off.. Couldn't they atleast make call saying "Sir, your books has arrived, please collect it from Security!!",
Very Very pooor support. I wont ' transact with SAPNA any more
