I wanted to purchase Honda Trigger. So I booked my bike on 22nd July with payment of Rs. 5K. After that I paid them in full on 27th July. I had been told that my bike will be delivered in one week. I inquired about my bike on 6th August, at that time I was told that the bike is not available yet and they will deliver the bike from the new stock coming on 16th Aug. I inquired about it on 16th so they said the bike has not arrived yet, we will inform you once it is arrived (Actually I called them 2-3 times in between and each time they gave me different reason for non availability of bike, So I am doubtful that they had sold the bike meant for me to somebody else). Finally they called me on 20th Aug evening saying that your bike will be delivered on Friday 23rd Aug. I asked them about registration of bike, they said, it will take more than 2 days to register the bike. so eventually I am getting my bike after more than one month of waiting. On the contrary 1 of my friend booked the same bike on 9th Aug from Kothari got the delivery on 23rd.
I would strongly not recommend Pashankar Auto (J M Road) for any purchase. Had very bad experience. They donât keep commitments, there is no transparency in operations. Customer service is very bad.
