THE WORST PROFESSIONAL SALON BRANCH...no professionalism is present in the service..i went there for a hot oil massage n they messed it up big time,...even a bit of my hair had to be cut down after the hair wash cz the girl who was doing the service tangled the entire lower part of my hair n made a nest out of it...n when i tried to complain the receptionist or what soever was nt at all ready to put the blame on the girl instead she was asking me to co operate..ARE THEY KIDDING,,,she tangled my hair and are not ready to listen to the client and call themselves professionals....i never had such a disgusting experience ever in my 22 yrs of life..the BTM 2nd stage branch is nothing but a place where you go and pay to receive crap in return..one sincere advice guys dont go by the brand name of this btm branch..we must all first learn about the service inside..AVOID AND STAY AWAY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS SALON..
