I went for the 8 45pm show of Madras Cafe at your cinema hall in Raja Garden, Delhi on 26th August 2013 (yesterday). I had gone there with my family. I'm greatly dissatisfied with the food counter there just outside auditorium no. 4. Firstly, I got no bill. I paid 500rs and amount was 430. Attendant said that order would be served on my seat. I got the food pretty late. Secondly, he did't return the change of 70rs on his own. I had to ask for it. And as I mentioned, I got no bill either. Thirdly, the chicken sandwich was stale. Fourthly, attendant showed me the tub size for a large popcorn but when I got the order, I noticed that the size he gave me was smaller. I'm writing to notify you of the bad experience of me and my family. I hope you take corrective action in this regard at the earliest. And I also expect to get my bill.
