Repetitive Faulty Service By The Company
Dear Sir/Maam,
This is to bring to your kind notice that I had purchased 4GB DDR-3 RAM for Rs 1,500 paid in cash vide your cash memo/ Receipt/ Invoice No(BB4817/12-13) dated 05/02/2013.
The said goods are suffering from the following defects:-
(i) Not received the replacement of the faulty product for upto 1 month as promised that if find faulty during the period of 3 years.
(ii)Received the new RAM after several attempts to acquire the same from the shop as well as several conversations with Balaji Solutions-the dealers for the same.
(iii)Received the new RAM on 02/09/2013 but when installed it showed blue screen error in the laptop, faulty product again.
(iv)When talked with the shop regarding the same they told that they'll replace the RAM again , hence received the 3rd replacement on 03/09/2013 but again the faulty RAM was provided to me.
(v)I have also lost my valuable time and frequent transport to the shop is not practical for a professional working in office
On account of your aforesaid dereliction of duty and failure and much neglect to rectify the same I have almost lost the much of my valuable time and unavailability of standard product for my Money.
You are hereby finally called upon to
⢠return the price / arrange for the product I needed.
⢠Send the product to my office/home as I have already visited the shop several number of times and I will not like to make any more visit to waste my time and resources.
2 days of the receipt of this notice failing which I shall be constrained to initiate against you for redressal of my aforesaid grievances and recovery of the aforesaid amount such proceedings, both civil and criminal as are warranted by law, besides filing a complaint under the statutory provisions of The Consumer Protection Act, 1986
exclusively at your own risk, cost, responsibility and consequences which please note.
