i bought i phone 5 form this store on 06-09-2013, it was gift warped for gifting porpuse.after 1day when i was told that home button was not workin i took that back to ezone electronis kormangala where it was bought, manager ignored to replace it. i waited for 3hrs for this answer in meanwhile iphone sales executive told manger by raising D.O we have an option to replace the hand set as it is manufacturing defect and a day old. then to manager ignored to do the procedure. as iphone sales excutive working in ezone took me to the replace center personally, there they told me to wait for 3 days as they are out of stock. people working there are soo rude to coustomer when they come with the problem. i suggest all of u people please dont buy i phone. i am amazed to face this problem and quetion them how can they PASS a international brand without a Quality check.
