I am customer for Indane Gas agencies from last 4 years. Took gas from vijayawada , then shifted to Hyderabad, then to chennai and now to Bangalore. Upto now in all the cities, When i given the termination voucher, i got the regulator and documents max in 1 hour. In bangalore i went to this agency on last wednesday, one person sitting beside person who is in system is taking documents and verifing them, He verified the documents and given KYC form and asking for 250Rs. I said i will give everything once. After filling that, we are in queue for submitting that documents, i came there aroung 9:00am, i have waited in queue up to 12:30pm. They have said multiple problems, one guy says server is slow, another guy says internet service provider is bad. after so much struggle from around 15 customers they have said server is OK at around 11:30am, from then up to 12:00 he has taken only one customers dcoument, then he got a call he went out. we are freaking at everybody,no body responding about it(manager went at around 11:30am). the person who says he wil see documents and collects 250Rs, says like this " AS ALL OF YOU HAVE MANAGERS BOSSES, GENERAL MANGERS WE ARE ALSO HAVING SO MANY BOSSES AND SO MANY MEETINTGS, HE WENT TO ATTEND A MEETING", he( computer person who went @11:30) came at 12:05am, then another persons documents he added. Then my turn came i have shown my documents to them, then he says No current bill, i said, i don't know about this, that's why i have shown all documents side person @ 9:00am, then that side person says my work is only collecting 250Rs. I was completely shocked. I have even asked the person who is entering the details, he says come in queue for asking queries also. One of my mistake is not contacting manager initially itself and depending this guys. If i am only struggling i can think i have some other problem, but at and around 15 customers are waiting directly scolding him, I don't know what is the problem of them. 2-3 people are simply sitting in chair, i don't know what is the purpose of them, on person says i am just money collector(250 Rs fro KYC form). I barely what is the role of him also. I felt only manager is attending and politely understanding customers calls and issues). I felt no body has compianed about this. if i explain the actual situation everybody who has patience to read can understand the situation. Then i went out....... again i am going on next day... then i wil update my horrible experiences with this agency.
